At Innova Agro Farm in Uganda, eggplants flourish under sustainable practices tailored to the region’s fertile soils and warm climate. Grown organically, our eggplants, including popular purple and slender Ravaya varieties, thrive without synthetic chemicals, ensuring rich flavor and nutrition. Planted in well-drained sandy loam, they benefit from organic manure and drip irrigation, optimizing growth during the ideal June-to-December season. Harvested after 65-70 days, the glossy, firm fruits are picked with care using sharp knives to preserve quality.

Our farmers combat pests like fruit borers and diseases such as bacterial wilt with natural solutions like neem oil, supporting eco-friendly farming. The eggplants, packed with vitamins A and C, are sold fresh at local markets or dried for export, boosting community incomes for education and healthcare.
